Hey there, I'm Tracie Maffei, the founder of Sage One Strategy.  Whether we are acquainted or meeting for the first time, I want to give you some context for what I do and how I can help you.

I’ve spent the last 20+ years leading teams and navigating the complex worlds of tech giant Google, the streaming world of Hulu, and the magic of Disney’s expansive portfolio of brands. Each of these experiences exposed me to different corporate cultures and challenges, honing my problem-solving, team-building, and leadership skills.

Early in my career, the feeling of accomplishment came from exceeding what seemed like insurmountable sales goals, but I found my passion in building and leading high-performing teams. I’m naturally curious and gravitate to collaborating with others to solve thorny business problems, feeding my energy as a leader.

I’m certified in Harrison Assessments, the best-in-class behavioral assessment for identifying areas of strength and performance improvement. I am ACC (ICF) credentialed and have a level 2 certification through the Hudson Institute of Executive Coaching.
